WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
Our studio operates by appointment only. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate various project needs.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes within 48 hours will result in the loss of your payment.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?
We understand that some projects involve animals, so pets are allowed upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE TYPES OF PROJECTS ALLOWED?
While we're open to various creative projects, we prohibit any content that is illegal or deemed inappropriate. If you're unsure whether your project aligns with our policies, please reach out for clarification.
DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE DURING THE SHOOT?
While our studio is primarily self-service, staff assistance can be arranged upon request. We are MORE than happy to help!
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?
Each booking includes up to 6 people. Groups of 7–15 require a $30 group add-on. Groups larger than 15 require prior approval and a custom quote.
